REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to STENCIL subscription plans (Pro at $29/month and Studio at $79/month). It does not cover deposits or payments for tattoo services between artists and clients — those are set and handled by individual artists and described in our Booking Policy.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on STENCIL subscription payments. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the charge.

Our order process and payments are conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all STENCIL orders. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and refunds on our behalf.

To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or contact us at support@stencils.life and we'll help you through Paddle. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
