ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses STENCIL — artists, studios, and their clients. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Breaking these rules may lead to content removal, suspension, or termination of access.

Tattooing is an 18+ service. Artists must only accept and carry out bookings for clients who are 18 or over and able to provide valid ID. Clients confirm they are 18+ when booking. STENCIL must not be used to arrange tattoo services for minors.

You must not upload, request, or share:

• Hateful, discriminatory, or extremist imagery or designs, including symbols promoting hatred or violence.
• Sexual content involving minors, or any illegal content.
• Content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Malware, or content designed to disrupt or compromise the platform.

Messaging on STENCIL is for arranging and managing bookings. Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual harassment, spam, or abusive behaviour toward artists or clients is not permitted. Treat everyone with respect.

You must not use STENCIL to commit or facilitate fraud. This includes making deposits with stolen or unauthorised payment methods, submitting fraudulent bookings, initiating bad-faith chargebacks, or otherwise misusing the payment features. Deposits and balances are processed by Stripe and paid to the artist's connected Stripe payout account; attempts to defraud an artist are a serious breach of this policy.

• Do not scrape, crawl, or harvest data or images from the platform.
• Do not resell, sublicense, or share access to your STENCIL account with others.
• Do not probe, scan, or attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
• Do not attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours.

To report a violation, contact support@stencils.life. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, and will cooperate with authorities where required by law.
